Eligibility :

• Fresher Graduate with an Engineering degree / MCA / BSC(IT).

• No active backlog at the time of joining the company.

Skills:

• Good Knowledge of structured programming and debugging.
• Good command in one or more programming languages like Java, C, C#, Python, etc.
• Aptitude to learn, Good analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in verbal and communication skills.
• Conceptual knowledge of SDLC, DATABASE.
• Quick learner with a positive outlook.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Understanding device operating specifications.

Salary: 4.2 LPA.

The stipend of Rs 17500/- per month (for the initial 90 days during the training period starting from the date of joining).

Selection Process

1. The candidate will receive a link of online test on their registered email.
2. Home-based online test ( 60 questions in 90 minutes ).
3. Telephonic round.
4. Face to Face technical round.
5. Communication & HR round.

Home-based online test link will be sent to the shortlisted candidates in the 3rd week of November 2019, The candidate has to attend the test within 48 hours of receiving the email. Selected candidates in the online test will have to go far a telephonic interview and further rounds.

Placement/Duration:

Full-time Analysts join in August and are then placed into a development or infrastructure role within Technology that best matches their skill set and interests.

Training program:

Training consists of a 15-week global program, which includes an orientation to the Firm, intensive technology training, an introduction to proprietary technologies, and culminates with a four-week group project.
