Job Profile: Backend Developer

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
Object-oriented design and coding skills on Python/Java/RubyOnRails
Good at design patterns, data structures, and unit testing
Experience with web technologies and relational databases
Good verbal communication skill
Experience on Ruby on Rails
Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
Experience building complex software systems that were delivered successfully to the customers
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
