Eligibility : 

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven working experience in software development
• Proven working experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

Job Profile: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and execute exploratory tests as well as automated tests in order to ensure product quality.

As a QA Engineer you will estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities. You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.

Responsibilities :

•   Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Strong knowledge on automation tools/technologies e.g. selenium and others.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
•  Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Job Profile: Software Engineer – Backend

Experience: 0-3 Years (Fresher)

Job Description:

• Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems through Product development.
• Solve most challenging problem of scaling and business logic.
• Write and design services which is full test
• Write automation to ease development and deployment.
• Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and moving them dramatically.

• Min 1 year of experience as Software Engineer in a B2C startup/company preferably in a fin-tech startup.

• Have successful track record of building scalable software system.

Skills:

• Design and build scalable SOA/Microservices with Java and Spring
• Experience with Elasticsearch, AWS
• Knowledge of Go, Rust, Scala, Python or AngularJS/React a plus
• Adept at delivering features through build, test and deployment automation
• Extremely outcome-oriented, knows clearly why things have to be done can clearly articulate the expected outcome and bring people on board to achieve it.
• Entrepreneurial drive and have hands-on experience in creating products which solves users problem.
• Good at defining standards and best practices for how the code is developed
• Good at Design patterns, Algorithms and Data structures.
• Have outstanding leadership skills, excellent people/communication and negotiation skills
