Job Summary:

Job Profile: Java Developer 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business, Marketing & CRM teams to build highly efficient data pipelines. 

  You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customer data and building highly efficient pipelines
  • Building insights dashboards
  • Troubleshooting data loss, data inconsistency, and other data-related issues
  • Maintaining backend services (written in Golang) for metadata generation
  • Providing prompt support and solutions for Product, CRM, and Marketing partners
  Skills:

• Coding experience with one of the following languages: Golang, Java, Python, C++
• Fluent in SQL
• Working experience with at least one of the following data-processing engines: Flink, Spark, Hadoop, Hive

Additional Skills:

• T-shaped skills are always preferred – so if you have the passion to work across the full stack spectrum – it is more than welcome.
• Exposure to infrastructure-based skills like Docker, Istio, Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with building and maintaining large scale and/or real-time complex data processing pipelines using Flink, Hadoop, Hive, Storm, etc

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers and Product Management to transform raw data to often actionable and meaningful insights for the enterprise
• Work in small dynamic, product-oriented environment to deliver enterprise class products.
• Continuously improve software development practices work across the full stack.

Skills:

• Experience in building modern cloud-native microservices based applications in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL or NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in Java based distributed & scalable application development.
• Hands on with distributed eventing architectures using Kafka, Google cloud platform (GCP), BigQuery or other NoSQL databases.
• Ability to produce easily consumable RESTful APIs with strong living documentation and specification-by-example tests.
