Job Description:
The Personalisation Lead will own the market digital personalization strategy. This includes developing and executing a multi-channel segmentation strategy and identifying opportunities to enhance business objectives through delivering personalised digital experiences. Typically reports to the Chapter Lead.
Job Responsibilities
- Owns the personalization workstream and acts as subject matter expert on the Personalisation Tool and relevant capabilities, its business requirements and functionalities;
- Understands and prioritises business workloads, challenges and opportunities to define a Personalisation strategy;
- Builds reusable frameworks/approaches that bring efficiency during different stages of Personalisation activity life-cycle;
- Collaborates with multiple business owners to convert their business needs into Personalisation use-cases/ideas;
- Collaborates with the Digital Analytics Lead to develop and own a control/challenger and measurement framework;
- Communicates results and learnings from different activities as well as overall benefits of Personalisation;
